The service

We provide an online vocal remover and stem splitter. Results depend on the source file and the mode you choose. We do not guarantee a particular quality for every track.

Your account

You must sign in with a valid email. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Minutes

New accounts receive a one-time free allotment. Extra minutes are purchased as described on the pricing page. Minutes are consumed when a job starts. Unused paid minutes do not expire. Refunds, when they apply, follow the Refund Policy.

Your files

You must have the right to upload and process each file. Do not upload material you are not allowed to copy or modify. You keep your rights in the original and in the stems we return to you. We may store files long enough to finish the job and, for paid accounts, to show history.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware, or attempts to break the service.
• No scraping, reselling, or automated abuse of the API or site.
• No using the service to infringe someone else's copyright.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost files, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes
