Refund Policy

We want minute packs to be fair. You can request a refund when both conditions below are met.

When we refund

• You have consumed 5 minutes or fewer from that purchase.
• You email us within 24 hours of the purchase.

If either condition is missed, the purchase is final. Free signup minutes are not refundable.

How to request

Send an email to support@voicechangerai.app from the address on your account. Include:

• The email you used to pay
• Approximate purchase time
• Why you are asking for a refund

We refund to the original payment method. Once the refund is issued, remaining minutes from that pack are removed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a purchase that does not meet this policy may result in account suspension.
