• Account. Name, email address, and profile image from Google sign-in.
• Audio. Files you upload for processing, plus the stems we generate.
• Usage. Minute balance, modes you run, and basic device or log data needed to operate the service.
• Payments. Stripe handles card details. We receive customer IDs, purchase amounts, and refund status — not your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to run the stem splitter, keep your account signed in, add purchased minutes, prevent abuse, and send service messages such as receipts or replies from support.

We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

We use Google for sign-in, Stripe for checkout, Cloudflare for hosting and file storage, and our audio providers only to separate the file you submit. They process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account is open. Preview audio for free runs is temporary. Paid history is kept so you can return to your stems. You can ask us to delete your account and associated files by emailing support@voicechangerai.app.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for your session and basic preferences. The site will not work correctly if you block the session cookie.
